Classic Car and Truck Show Coming to Rogersville

ROGERSVILLE, Mo., May 1, 2025 — First Baptist Church of Rogersville and the Webster County Baptist Association will jointly present their first-annual “Hot Rod Heaven Car Show,” on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Church’s main property in downtown Rogersville, to bring the community together for a day of fellowship and entertainment, while spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.

Rain or shine, this event will attract car enthusiasts from all around the Ozarks. In addition to cash prizes for the ‘best in show,’ there will also be food trucks from local vendors, games, bounce houses, and more, to provide additional entertainment for participants and spectators. A special area will be set up
for the kids to participate in their own classic car activities, including building their own crafted car.

“We are anticipating a good turnout for the event and expect to draw spectators of all ages. The church is a perfect venue for folks to bring their cars and families to enjoy a fun-filled day right here in Rogersville,” Aaron Ipock, Senior Pastor of FBC Rogersville, commented.

Organizers from the Church believe that the classic cars and trucks are a unifying, shared interest of many, and the Church has been praying that the public responds to this event. The casual atmosphere lets spectators and enthusiasts get to know more about the community of Rogersville, the Church, and the message and salvation provided by Jesus Christ.

Long-time FBC Rogersville member Randy Wilkerson said, “There’s something for everyone at our church, and we’re hoping this event brings the community together and makes them feel welcomed and open to learning more about Jesus."

The event will be free for spectators. For car show participants, there is a $20 entry fee, cash only, payable on the day of the event. For those interested in entering a car into the competition, they can either show up the day of the event, or if possible, FBC Rogersville requests that they preregister their vehicle via this link, so the church can prepare for their arrival.

FBC Rogersville would also like to thank the area merchants, businesses and individuals who have helped make this event possible through their sponsorships.

Established in 1908 — just like the Ford Model T — First Baptist Church of Rogersville is a Southern Baptist church located at 101 W. Center Street in downtown Rogersville, next to the four-way stop. Its mission is To Know Him and To Make Him Known, and its goal is to positively impact the community by teaching the Word of God.
