Hot Rod Heaven Car Show at FBC
We are excited to announce our first ever car show to be held on May 17, 2025 at First Baptist Church of Rogersville, located at 101 W. Center Street, Rogersville MO. This event was created to spread the good news of Jesus Christ to the Springfield, Missouri metro and Rogersville, Missouri community. The car show is just a short drive from Springfield, MO. If you live in Rogersville, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Willard, Strafford, Marshfield, Seymour, Diggins, or Fordland take time to come to this fun event.
This community event will be a great time for everyone. Car enthusiasts and folks from all over the area will enjoy viewing all the classic vehicles, relaxing, and engaging in the family fun. Food trucks, games and a bounce house will add to the fun for your kids!
There will also be cash prizes for the car show participants and door prizes every half hour.

There will be door prizes every thirty minutes throughout the day. These were generously donated by many area businesses. Be sure and pick up your ticket in the Family Life Center. One per person. You must be present to win.
See the King of the Wheelstanders!
Stop by to see Greg “Hotrod” Raines and the Worlds’ Only Twin Engined Wheelstander called EMERGENCY WEST. This hot rod displays a full array of lights & sirens, blowing 10 foot flames from the exhaust and yes... it can still stand the front tires 6 feet in the air!
Places To Eat While At the Car Show
- Ice Smokin’ Shack and More BBQ Truck - Open 9 am- 2 pm
- Big Slice Pizza Food Truck - Across from Safe Haven
- Thyme to Load Garden and Bakery - Open 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Featuring muffins, pastries, cinnamon rolls and coffee.
Hey Kids!! Enter The Kid's Car Show!
Starting at 10:30 a.m. kids and their parents can register for the Kid's Car Show in the Family Life Center! The competition will begin at 11 a.m. The competition in crafting is designed for children 5-12 years old. The shoebox car creations will be judged at 11:45 a.m. Supplies provided. Parents must be present.
We also have bouncy houses located on the East side of the Family Life Center. Parents must stay with their children to supervise their own children. We are not responsible for accidents.
Tour The Historic Sanctuary Built in 1908
First Baptist Church was established in 1908, just like the Model T! Join us in celebrating 117 Years of Ministry!
Learn more about our church’s rich history by taking a guided tour of our Historic Sanctuary built in 1908. Tours will be at 11 a.m. and 1:00pm starting on the northwest entrance of the church immediately following the door prize announcement.
Snap A Picture in Our Photo Booth
While you are visiting the car show, stop by the FBC Family Life Center to snap a picture of you and your family having fun at the event. The photo booth will allow you to email the photo to yourself.
View the Beautiful Quilt Show Going on in Our Main Sanctuary During the Car Show
Treat yourself to aisles and aisles of breathtaking quilts brimming with artistry and creativity! Some of the quilts are very old. We ask that you do not touch them so we may preserve them for future generations.
